I brought my 1979 Lincoln Mark V with 27,000 miles in for an oil change and a tuneup. I've had the car for three years, but didn't know much about. Through their extensive inspection as part of the oil change, I discovered it had 20 year old tires and original 45 year old radiator hoses among other things. I had a complete estimate for every item. They performed all the work and I feel like I'm driving a new car. Thanks Don and Dakota

Had service appointment but they needed more time. First day left the car for 6 hours and called me because they couldn’t figure the issue . Two Ubers back and forth he never looked at what I specifically i wanted him to do. Low oil light still comes on when the oil is full. Didn’t check the breaks. This guy doesn’t look right. Merry Christmas

Great customer service. Nice place, great communication. No bs, they’ll send you pictures to show you what needs work. They helped me in a pinch when my car broke down and even offered me a loaner car until they could get mine back to me. I recommend 100%

I was visiting Lake Geneva from the east cost and GLP automotive saved me when my car died and got me back on the road. They managed to squeeze me in day of and got me back in the road same day. It ended up just needing a battery replacement. They even gave me a loaner car for the day. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, timeliness, and quality work I received. If I lived in Lake Geneva, they would be go-to mechanic.

Honest, communicative, friendly. Appreciated the pick up and drop off service. Felt the process to accept/deny the cost for diagnostics and repairs was very clear and followed up by a phone call incase there was any questions. (Side note - wish we could "like" this businesses responses to low star reviews cuz they speak to the honest and straightforward approach they have. This made us want to use them even more). Wish we had known about them sooner :)

This was my first visit to the local automotive repair shop. I could not have been happier! They were not only so nice to deal with but reasonable and did a great job ! I would highly recommend them to anyone . I have been so disappointed with other local repair shops. I will return for all of my maintenance and automotive repairs!
