I am grateful for the team at GLP and how they aid me in caring for my car. They make it simple by giving me a ride to work when I drop off my car for service. I also appreciate options for communication via text and email when I am busy.

I had been taking my car to a local automotive shop in a nearby town. Every time it was something different but never addressed one of my biggest concerns on the vehicle. I called GLP to do an overall inspection to see when I should call it quits. They got me in right away and immediately found the issue that my previous mechanic just brushed off but continued to find thousands of dollars of other issues. After a test drive and an inspection they diagnosed the problem I had been having all a long!! The part that got me is I didn’t mention my ongoing concern that I had been telling the other shop! It had been brushed off by a reputable auto shop!! My transmission was going for some time! 100% would recommend GLP! They are the absolute best and genuine good people that care about serving their customers!! Their customer service is amazing!!!

I cannot say enough about GLP Automotive. They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. Dakota was on top of things and her father was thoughtful and very considerate. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for what they provide.

My first time here. Needed to get my truck in fairly quickly as the brakes had locked up. Called and was told that if I could bring it in that day, they'd be able to look at it and get it going the next day, which they did. The service was done with quickness and efficiency. My truck was done that same day. I was able to pay through a link sent over and they were able to place my keys in an after hours pick up key lock box and give me a code. Brakes seem to be working great now. Greatly appreciate the kind, caring, accommodating service I received. I plan to come here for further vehicle needs. Thanks Don and Dakota!

I would not recommend this place. I brought my 2015 chevy cruze here for an oil leak, and mentioned that i could literally see where the oil was leaking considering it was sitting right ontop of the valve cover. after a couple days I got a call saying he found the problem and it was something totally different and it would be $387 to fix so I approved and picked it up the next day. The next day it was leaking oil again, I called and he said that he noticed the valve cover needed to be replaced (never mentioned anything about it when it was there the first time). I took it back and paid another $400 and he was sure it was done leaking. The very next day it was leaking oil STILL. I took it back and this time he gave me a complimentary loaner vehicle. I drove the vehicle home (not even 10 miles) and it was smoking, not to mention the lights on the dash were on. I took it back and told him i refuse to be responsible for that car blowing up. I then get a call later that day stating that my car was fine and he had just forgotten to tighten a bolt and the car was no longer leaking. Two days later it’s leaking AGAIN. I’ve decided at this point it’s time to find another shop that actually knows what they’re doing which is unfortunate because i’m $900 in and the car is still leaking oil. I also texted them to inform them that the car is still leaking but i chose to take it elsewhere and got no response.

Hi Tatum! We're so sorry you have not received a response back from us yet. We do our best to respond in the same day but unfortunately that is not always feasible for us. When you brought the Cruze into us, we did find a Crankshaft Oil Seal that had been spraying oil over the vehicle. We called you a few hours after you dropped it off and gave you the total to fix and clean the engine in order to be able to check for any future leaks. When you called after pickup Don did note that the Valve Cover looked to be new but it was aftermarket and recommended a GM cover due to the three previous replacements done, and found a stripped bolt hole that also needed repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and would love to verify all repairs that we have completed for you as we do have a 48 month, 48,000 mile warranty! Thank you for bringing the problems with the loaner car to our attention so we can make sure to get it looked over as soon as possible!
